If your login account is "Locked Out"
If you (or somebody else pretending to be you) abuse the login and continue to fail logging in for
some certain times, the abused login account will be locked out as a security precaution.
Depending upon the severity of the abuse, the account will be unlocked after 10 minutes or 10 hours
or even longer. In this case, please contact us to clear up the security lock.
